This low carb cheese waflle is a low carb cheese stick substitute made with Halloumi cheese to satisfy your fried cheese cravings.

  • 8 oz halloumi cheese
  • 1/4 cup pasta sauce optional

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the waffle maker with nonstick spray.
  2. Let the waffle maker heat up.
  3. Cut Halloumi cheese into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  4. Place slice in one corner of the waffle maker.
  5. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
