Low Carb Turkey Burgers with Zoodles

Easy to make burger recipe made with lean ground turkey and served with zoodles instead of buns for a low carb option.

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb lean ground turkey
- 4 garlic cloves minced and divided
- ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
- ½ Tbsp smoked paprika
- salt and fresh cracked pepper
- ¼ Cup chopped fresh parsley divided
- 4 Medium zucchini spiralized
- 4 Cheese slices
- 4 Tomato slices
- 2 Tbsp olive oil divided
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
- To a mixing bowl add ground meat, half of the garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix by hand until all the ingredients are well combined. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 even portions and form into round patties.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Set aside on a plate to rest. In the same heated skillet add in the remaining oil and garlic.
- Stir in the zucchini noodles and cook, tossing constantly for 1-2 minutes. Divide the zoodles among 4 glass containers, then add the turkey burger and top it with hot sauce, cheese, and tomato.
- Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
