  • lemon grated, zest of 1
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup green onion green part only, sliced
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
