                                Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoons baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
 - ⅔ cup canola oil or coconut oil
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 cup pumpkin puree
 - 1 cup mashed ripe banana about 2 large bananas
 - 1 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line with parchment paper and lightly grease two 9"x5" loaf pans or 3 5"x3" mini loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
 - In a large mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, salt, baking powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar (if using).
 - In a separate large mixing bowl, blend the oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and banana until blended. Add the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
 - Mix in the chocolate chips if using.
 - Divide the batter between the prepared baking pans.
 - Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center returns clean. Cool in the pans for 5 to 10 minutes before removing to continue cooling on a wire rack.

Notes
- When using very ripe bananas you can leave out the sweetener. You can also use sugar free alternatives like Swerve and golden monk fruit.
 - Use sugar free chocolate baking chips to lower the sugar in this recipe.
 - Nutrition calculation if for 2 loaves, 16 slices per loaf.
