Ingredients

Servings
  • white chocolate melting wafers
  • Candy Melts Pink, Green, Blue, and Yellow
  • marshmallows Jet-Puffed Lucky Charms brand
  • white hot chocolate mix
  • marshmallows Lucky Charms dehydrated

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate wafers using a double boiler. You can also use a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between, until smooth.
  2. Pour a Tablespoon or so of melted white chocolate in each mold and use the back of a spoon to slowly guide the chocolate up the sides of the mold, so that it sets as you spread it.
  3. Chill for 10 minutes in freezer. If the chocolate does not pop easily out of the mold or seems weak, add another layer of white chocolate and chill again. Remove from molds.
  4. Add about 2 tbsp of cocoa powder to half of your molds, along with 4-5 of the large Lucky Charms large marshmallows. Leave the other half of your molds empty, as they will be the tops of your cocoa bombs.
  5. Heat a ceramic plate in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Remove carefully, as it will be hot.
  6. Take the empty chocolate half-spheres and press the top edge onto the hot plate for a few seconds to melt the chocolate. Place on top of the filled halves and hold together until the chocolate sets and you have a full sphere. Repeat with all of your cocoa bombs.
  7. If using colorful candy melts to decorate, now it the time to melt them. Do so according to package directions and drizzle on top of your cocoa bombs.
  8. While the chocolate drizzle is still wet, press a few of the dehydrated marshmallows on top and allow them to set.
  9. To enjoy, place a cocoa bomb in the bottom of a mug and pour hot milk over top. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted.
