Macro-Friendly Iced Dirty Chai Latte

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1-2 hots espresso 1-2 fl oz, blonde roast
  • 1/2 cup milk 4 fl oz, Fairlife brand, skim ultra filtered
  • 1/2 cup water (4 fl oz)
  • 3 chai tea bags
  • 2 pumps Vanilla Syrup about 1 tbsp, Jordan's Skinny Syrups brand, sugar free
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon optional
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

Cinnamon Cold Foam

  • 1/4 cup milk 2 fl oz, Fairlife brand, skim ultra filtered
  • 1 pump Cinnamon Dolce Syrup about 1/2 tbsp, Jordan's Skinny Syrups Sugar Free

Instructions

  1. Prep tea. Heat water until almost boiling, then steep chai tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.
  2. Build latte. Add ice to serving glass, then top with tea, syrup, and spices (if using). Add milk, then top with espresso.
  3. Make cold foam. Using a milk frother, froth milk and Cinnamon Dolce syrup until it is foamy and at least double in size. Pour over latte and serve immediately.
