Description
Make-Ahead Smoothie Packs involve assembling individual portions of your preferred fruits, greens, and optional dry ingredients such as chia or hemp seeds, coconut, flaxseeds, or protein powder. Freezing these packs ensures readiness for a quick smoothie without additional measuring. When ready to consume, simply add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of liquid—milk, water, or juice—along with a frozen pack into a blender and blend until smooth.
Typical frozen fruits used include bananas, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple, and mango, but any combination of fruits and greens can be mixed to suit tastes. Freezing helps preserve freshness and nutrition. This method simplifies preparation and encourages regular consumption of fruit and greens.

- 2 cups greens spinach, kale, etc, of choice
- chia seeds hemp seeds, coconut, flaxseeds, unsweetened cocoa, protein powder - whatever you’d like!, dry ingredient
Instructions
- when adding to the blender: add 1 to 1 1/2 cups liquid of choice (milk, water, juice) along with your fruit+greens pack + dry ingredients. Blend it up!
