Mango Smoothie Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups Mango 250 grams, chopped, frozen
  • 1/2 cup banana 75 grams, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 coops collagen peptides protein powder 15 grams, Naked Nutrition brand

Coconut Smoothie Layer

  • 1 cup coconut milk light, frozen into cubes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk light
  • 1 1/2 coops collagen peptides protein powder 15 grams, Naked Nutrition brand
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 90 mg Stevia Sweetener pure

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients for the coconut smoothie layer to a blender and blend until smooth. Remove from blender to a glass or bowl and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients for the mango smoothie layer to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Layer the mango and coconut smoothie layers in a glass and serve immediately.
