Ingredients
- 2.5 cups cucumber peeled, seeded and diced, 1 large cucumber
- 1 cup Mango diced, 1 large mango
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 habanero chile chopped, optional
- 2 Tbsp lime juice fresh
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- kosher salt to taste
- 1 jalapeño finely chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Dice the ripe mangoes and cucumber into uniform pieces. Finely chop the red onion and mince the jalapeño pepper, ensuring to remove the seeds to control the heat level.
