This easy Mango salsa recipe has the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Enjoy this with your favorite Mexican dish, seafood or with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2-3 large about 2 ½ cups mangoes, finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onions finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper finely diced, about 2/3 cup
  • 1 jalapeño about 2 tablespoons, seeds removed and minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped, leaves
  • lime juice about 2 tablespoons, juice from 1 large lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin optional, ground
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop and add mangoes, red onions, pepper, jalapeno and cilantro to large bowl
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Juice lime and pour over salsa
  4. Season with salt, pepper and ground cumin if using
  5. Stir to combine
  6. Cover and place in refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and lime wedges
  8. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 2 days

Notes

  • This Mango Salsa goes great with any Mexican dish or seafood. Or enjoy on it’s own with tortilla chips.
