  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped, medium
  • 1/2 cilantro about 1/2 cup chopped, small bunch
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice (from 1 medium lime)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, finely chopped red onion and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze 2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice over the top or add lime juice to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve.

Notes

  • For added spice, finely chop one jalapeno pepper, remove seeds, and mix into the salsa.
