Maple Berry Overnight Oats Recipe

This maple berry overnight oats recipe is a busy family's friend! Perfect for those rushed mornings or for a grab and go breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 /2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 /4 cup coconut milk almond milk, or milk
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

For topping:

  • 1/4 /4 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup to a glass jar. Stir until well combined and place lid tightly onto jar. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. To serve, remove from refrigerator and remove lid. Top with fresh berries and maple syrup. To serve warm, remove lid and place into a microwave for 30 second intervals until warmed throughout, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and top with fresh berries and maple syrup.

Notes

  • Time does not include resting time in refrigerator overnight.If you require gluten-free, use gluten-free oats in this recipe.
