Maple Dijon Dressing is a tasty and simple homemade salad dressing that will complement any salad or grilled vegetable platter.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, measuring cup or a mini food processor, combine the dijon mustard, maple syrup, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Whisk or mix well until it is emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over a salad or grilled vegetables.
