Maple Tahini Dressing Recipe
Description
The Maple Tahini Dressing Recipe blends tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and sea salt into a creamy and flavorful dressing. Whisking in cold water thins the dressing to your preferred consistency. The garlic provides a gentle aromatic kick, balanced by the sweet maple syrup and tangy vinegar. This dressing gains thickness when chilled but can be loosened again with added water or by bringing to room temperature. It can be prepared in just minutes and stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, making it convenient for meal prep and adding creamy, sweet, and tangy notes to a variety of dishes.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 small garlic finely minced, clove
- ⅛ teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoons water cold
Instructions
- Add the tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt to a small bowl
- Whisk well then add 1 tablespoon of cold water and whisk again. If you'd like it thinner, add another tablespoon of cold water.
- Either use the dressing right away or transfer it to a clean glass jar and store it in your fridge for up to 10 days. It will thicken when it's cold. Bring it to room temperature or stir in more water.
