Ingredients

Servings
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 80 milliliters
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 60 milliliters
  • 1/2 cup walnuts 60 grams
  • 1 shallot peeled and roughly chopped, small
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil 30 milliliters
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil 30 milliliters

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, walnuts, shallot, garlic, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Puree until smooth.
