  • 1 1/4 c. tequila
  • 1 1/2 c. sweet and sour mix
  • 1/2 c. triple sec
  • 1/4 c. salt for rimming glasses, coarse
  • lime wedges

Sweet and Sour Mix

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lime juice about 7 small limes, fresh
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice about 2 medium lemons, fresh

Instructions

Sweet and Sour Mix

  1. Simmer water and granulated sugar over medium heat until it is fully dissolved. Pour it into a jar and let it come to room temperature. Add lemon juice and lime juice. Store it in a sealed container for a week or for up to a month in the freezer.
