Margarita Chicken Wings

Marinade

• 180 ml tequila ¾ cup
• 180 ml triple sec ¾ cup
• 60 ml lime juice fresh, ¼ cup
• lime I used the juiced lime and cut it in pieces, zest
• 1 ½ tsp salt

Chicken Wings

• 900 to 1.3 kg chicken wings washed and dried, 2 to 3 lbs
• flour
• honey for glazing
• salt coarse, for serving
• lime wedges for serving
• Tabasco sauce optional for serving
