Marinated Beef Kabobs

Marinated Beef Kabobs Recipe: delicious grilled beef and veggies served over a bed of rice. Perfect quick dinner idea for a weeknight or a get together.

Ingredients
For Marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water or beef stock
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar you may use any other kind of vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
For Kabobs
- 2 Lbs sirloin beef for instance), cut into cubes
- 2 red peppers cut into squares
- 1 red onion cut into squares
- 2 Yellow Peppers cut into squares
Instructions
- For Marinade
- Combine all ingredients together and place them on a large zip top bag
- Insert beef cubes inside bag. Close bag and refrigerate for 2 -3 hours (or less)
- For Kabobs
- Arrange veggies and marinated on skewers. Usually 4 beef cubes per kabob is fine
- Grill them on 4 minutes per side or until leave for 1 minute more if you'd like your beef medium well
- Enjoy!
