Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3-4 pounds chicken wings cleaned and drained
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together water, low-sodium soy sauce, raw honey, unsweetened pineapple juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger until well combined.
- Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 60-90 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
