- 1 pint mixed grape tomatoes
- 1 small shallot sliced thinly into rings
- 1 small clove of garlic sliced thinly into slivers
- ¼ cup seasoned rice vinegar

- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
Instructions
