Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds London Broil steak

Instructions

Make The Marinade:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place the London broil steak in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.
  3. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, turning the bag occasionally to evenly distribute the marinade.

Cook The Meat:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade. Grill for 7-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare results.
  2. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve immediately.
