Mashed Butternut Squash with Goat Cheese and Rosemary

This recipe offers creamy mashed butternut squash enriched with tangy goat cheese and fragrant fresh rosemary. The squash is softened by boiling, then blended to a smooth consistency with milk and seasonings. Its natural sweetness pairs well with the earthy notes from the rosemary and the tang from the cheese, creating a balanced, comforting side dish.

Description

Mashed Butternut Squash with Goat Cheese and Rosemary starts with cubed butternut squash boiled until tender. After draining, goat cheese, milk, and minced fresh rosemary are added before mashing to a creamy texture. Salt and freshly ground pepper are included to enhance the flavors. The resulting mash is smooth with subtle herbal aromas and a creamy tang from the goat cheese.

This dish provides a velvety side suitable for pairing with roasted meats, poultry, or as a vegetarian main accompaniment. Its soft texture and herbal notes complement a variety of savory dishes.
