Matcha Smoothie
Description
The recipe requires ripe banana, matcha powder, unsweetened almond milk (or an alternative milk), and ice cubes blended together until smooth. The creamy banana softens the distinctive grassy notes of matcha, and the ice cools the smoothie, making it refreshing. The amount of almond milk can be adjusted for desired consistency.
This smoothie offers a natural sweetness and mild caffeine from the matcha, making it a gentle energizing drink. It’s served cold and does not require cooking.
