For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 clove garlic roasted

Instructions
For the Salad:
- Chop everything, make it into a pretty salad, and serve.
