Ingredients
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish Heinz India relish is preferred
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard such as Guldens
- 3/4 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 + 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
Wraps
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas 8-inch diameter
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 8 to 12 dill pickle slices
- 8 slices American cheese

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce in a bowl and mix well. For best flavor, let the sauce rest for 1 hour before using.
- In a small bowl, soak the dried minced onion in 3 tablespoons of warm water until the onions are rehydrated and soft, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions. Form each portion into a thin patty. Thoroughly cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium-high heat and season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease from the pan.
- Transfer the patties to a plate to cool slightly and cut each patty in half.
- To assemble the wraps, lay the tortillas on a clean surface. On each tortilla, add:A thin layer of Big Mac sauce1/4 of the shredded lettuceA few pickle slices2 half-patties1/4 of the reconstituted minced onions2 slices of American cheeseAnother drizzle of Big Mac sauce
- Fold each tortilla as a wrap and serve immediately.
