Quick and easy to make dressings based on citrus juice. Oil, fat and ferment free. With green herbs, spices, garlic or chili peppers.

  • 1 lemon
  • ½ orange
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic

  • ¼ handful thyme or oregano, rosemary, sage
  • 1 handful tarragon
  • ½ handful oregano
  • ½ handful rosemary
  • ½ handful sage
  • ½ handful chives
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey raw
  • or or dill
  • or or mint
  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey raw
  • 1 to 2 tbsp honey raw

Instructions

  1. Juice the fruit. Make sure you separate the seeds.
  2. Add the honey or maple syrup. Whisk.
  3. Press the garlic, cut the herbs, grind the seeds. Whisk or blend.
