Mermaid water is a simple cocktail made from Malibu, lime juice, spiced rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice, and its delicious and great looking too!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Malibu
- 1 ounce spiced rum
- 1 ounce blue cura ao
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- lime sliced into wheels, one
Instructions
- Place 1/2 cup ice cubes into a hurricane style glass. Place 2-3 slices of the lime along the sides of the glass, facing the outside, with the ice on the inside pushing it against the glass.
- In a shaker filled with ice, place the Malibu, spiced rum, curaçao and pineapple juice. Shake until chilled, then pour into the prepared glass.
- Fill with extra pineapple juice if needed, then garnish with a lime slice and serve.
