Mexican cheeseburgers
Description
The burgers are made by mixing ground beef with finely chopped garlic, bread crumbs, an egg, and a medley of spices like ground coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, and paprika. Salt and cracked black pepper season the meat, which is then shaped into patties and fried until browned and cooked through. Cheese slices are placed on the patties after flipping, allowing them to melt during the final cooking minutes. The resulting burgers are richly spiced with a warm, layered flavor.
The accompanying guacamole is a simple blend of ripe avocado mashed with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper for a creamy, slightly tart condiment. Pico de gallo features finely chopped tomatoes, red onion, red chili, and fresh parsley, seasoning with salt and black pepper to add freshness and a mild heat. Combined on fresh hamburger buns, these elements create a satisfying balance between spiced meat and bright, refreshing toppings.
These Mexican cheeseburgers serve well as casual meals or gatherings where individual assembly allows customization. The guacamole and pico de gallo provide cool and zesty contrasts to the warm burger, enhancing the overall taste without overwhelming the meat's spiced profile.
