Report
A fresh Mexican fruit salad made from fruits like watermelon, cantaloupe, and mango, and topped with a chili lime seasoning (like Tajin).
Share:
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced mango (about 2 large mangos)
- 4 cups diced pineapple (about 1 medium pineapple)
- 3 cups diced cantaloupe about 1/2 large cantaloupe
- 5 cups diced watermelon (about 1/2 a mini watermelon)
- 4 cups diced honeydew (about 1/2 large honeydew)
- 1 lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- chili lime seasoning, to taste (like Tajin)
Instructions
- Add diced mangoes, pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, and lime juice to a large bowl. Toss together to coat.
- Sprinkle fruit with desired amount of chili lime seasoning and serve immediately.
Notes
- Cut all of your fruits the same size so they can be evenly mixed.
- Eating this salad cold will be best in terms of flavor. You can prepare this salad and then chill in the fridge 1-2 hours before serving, or chill your fruits before preparing.
