Ingredients
- 6 spears of peeled and cored pineapple
- 6 spears of peeled and seeded mango
- 6 spears of peeled and seeded papaya
- 6 spears of peeled watermelon
- 6 spears of peeled English cucumber
- 6 spears of peeled jicama
- 6 Lime wedges
- 2-3 teaspoons chili lime seasoning
Instructions
- Place one of each type of fruit and vegetable into 6 cups.
- Add a lime wedge to each cup.
- Sprinkle chili lime seasoning to taste over each cup, then serve.
Notes
- Look for firm, but ripe, mangoes and papayas. If the fruit is too soft it will be difficult to cut into spears.
- Chili lime seasoning can be found at most grocery stores in the ethnic foods aisle. The most popular brand is Tajin, but I also like the Trader Joe's
