  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon (1/4 oz/ 9g) cold butter, cubed
  • tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese , grated
  • 2 teaspoons chopped herbs (parsley/ oregano/sage etc)

Notes

  • Cooking time will vary greatly depending on your microwave and the width and depth of the mug. The mugs I use are small, roughly 6oz (¾ /1 cup)
