  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Turn the dough out onto a clean and lightly floured surface; knead a few times until smooth. Roll the dough out into a strip about 3-inches wide and 12-16 inches long.
  3. Brush the inside of a microwave safe coffee mug generously with some of the melted butter. Brush the remaining melted butter onto the rolled out dough.
  4. Sprinkle the dough with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Start at one end and roll the dough up to look like a cinnamon roll.
  5. Place the roll in the buttered mug. Microwave on high heat for 60 second until the dough is set.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Pour the glaze over the hot cinnamon roll. Cool slightly, then enjoy.
