Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken Shredded or 4 Cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken
- 4 Ounces cream cheese Softened
- 1 Cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 10.75 Ounce condensed cream of chicken soup can
- 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Ritz crackers crushed
- 4 Tablespoons butter Melted, unsalted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to (175°C) 350°F. Prepare a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- To the same large bowl, add the shredded chicken and stir to coat.
- Add the chicken mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly, set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, add the crushed ritz crackers and melted butter, stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the ritz crackers over the casserole and spread evenly.
- Bake the casserole uncovered for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
