- 2 cups (16 oz/480 ml) heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup (4 oz/115 g) butter, melted
- 1 can (14 fl oz/400 ml) condensed milk
- 1½ teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (4½ oz/128 g) semisweet chocolate, very finely chopped
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings , for garnish (optional)
