Are you a fan of no-frills chicken recipes? This baked BBQ chicken is for you. The dish only calls for chicken thighs and BBQ sauce and it’s crazy good.

- 3 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Place it in a bowl, add the BBQ sauce, and toss to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a baking pan, leaving a bit of room in between each piece.
- Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes. Flip it over and bake the chicken for another 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Enjoy!
