Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Press it gently into the dish and trim any excess crust from the edges.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and eggs until smooth and well combined.
  4. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, if desired, and serve hot.
