M&M Brownies
Description
The brownie batter is prepared by whisking melted unsalted butter with sugar, eggs, and vanilla, then incorporating unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder for structure. Chocolate chips and most of the M&M candies fold into the batter for chocolate bursts and candy color inside the brownies. The remaining M&Ms top the batter before baking, adding crunch and vibrant spots on the finished surface. Baking at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes yields fudgy, moist brownies with a tender crumb.
These brownies make a sweet dessert or snack, suitable for celebrations or everyday indulgence. The M&Ms add a fun twist and visual interest to classic chocolate brownies.
