These sparkling berry mojito mocktails are the perfect, refreshing summer drink. And because they have no alcohol, kids can enjoy them too!

Ingredients
- 1 can Sparkling Water Beverage lime flavored
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Juice from 1/2 Lime
- 1/3 cup fresh mixed berries (we used raspberries and blackberries)
- 1/3 cup ice
Instructions
- Add mint, berries, sweetener, and a squeeze of lime to a tall glass (or jar).
- Using the back of a wooden spoon, muddle to combine.
- Add the sparkling water.
- Optional: You can strain the drink through a sieve to remove the muddled fruit, seeds and mint leaves.
- Add ice, berries, lime wedges, and mint leaves. Stir and serve!
