Ingredients

Servings
  • 12 King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls (or you can use savory dinner rolls)
  • 8 oz swiss cheese sliced
  • 12 oz deli turkey sliced
  • 12 oz deli ham sliced
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted
  • powdered sugar for topping
  • raspberry jam for dipping, additional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the cheese over the bottom half of the rolls. Follow this with the turkey and the ham. Then layer the remaining cheese over the ham.
  4. Spread the raspberry jam over the cut side of the top half of the rolls. Place the rolls, jam side down, in the baking dish.
  5. Melt the butter, and brush it over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil, and place in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are warmed through, 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into sliders, and serve warm with additional raspberry jam for dipping, if desired.

Notes

  • A normal 9x13-inch pan will have some room around the edges, but that is totally ok. They do not have to fit in exactly. (The pan in the photographs is just smaller than 9x13-inches.)
  • Nutrition information provided as an estimate only. Various brands and products can change the counts. Any nutritional information should be used as a general guide. Nutrition information does not include the powdered sugar or additional raspberry jam.
