Simple Lemon Wellness Shot

  • lemon juice or two whole peeled lemons, juice of 1-2 fresh lemons
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon honey optional, raw

Lemon Ginger Garlic Shot

  • 1 inch ginger piece, fresh
  • garlic small clove
  • lemon juice or one whole peeled lemon, juice of one fresh lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon honey optional, raw

Lemon Ginger Fruit Wellness Shot

  • lemon juice or one whole peeled lemon, juice of one fresh lemon
  • 1 inch ginger piece, fresh
  • green apple apple with peel; orange peeled; pineapple fresh or frozen cubes; berries or cherries fresh or frozen

Oil of Oregano Wellness Shot

  • lemon juice or one whole peeled lemon, juice of one fresh lemon
  • 2 drops oregano oil or pure oil of oregano
  • ½ teaspoon honey raw
  • 1 inch ginger piece, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Choose the wellness shot you want to make. Place all ingredients in a blender (I use a small upright blender) and process until smooth. Serve in a shot glass.
  2. Options: Top off the drink with cayenne pepper; add ingredients such as a pinch of turmeric and black pepper.
