Simple Lemon Wellness Shot
- lemon juice or two whole peeled lemons, juice of 1-2 fresh lemons
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon honey optional, raw

- 1 inch ginger piece, fresh
- ⅓ garlic small clove
- lemon juice or one whole peeled lemon, juice of one fresh lemon
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon honey optional, raw
Lemon Ginger Fruit Wellness Shot
- lemon juice or one whole peeled lemon, juice of one fresh lemon
- 1 inch ginger piece, fresh
- green apple apple with peel; orange peeled; pineapple fresh or frozen cubes; berries or cherries fresh or frozen

Oil of Oregano Wellness Shot
- lemon juice or one whole peeled lemon, juice of one fresh lemon
- 2 drops oregano oil or pure oil of oregano
- ½ teaspoon honey raw
- 1 inch ginger piece, fresh
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Choose the wellness shot you want to make. Place all ingredients in a blender (I use a small upright blender) and process until smooth. Serve in a shot glass.
- Options: Top off the drink with cayenne pepper; add ingredients such as a pinch of turmeric and black pepper.
