Moscow Mule Pitcher
Description
This cocktail combines two bottles of ginger beer with vodka and lime juice poured over sliced lime rounds in a pitcher. Stirring the ingredients together allows the flavors to meld without losing the ginger beer's carbonation if added just before serving. The drink’s citrusy and slightly spicy profile is enhanced by the fresh lime juice and garnish. It is served immediately over ice, traditionally in copper mugs, enhancing the overall chilled experience.
Preparing the lime juice and slicing the garnish ahead of time saves effort before guests arrive. To prevent the ginger beer from going flat, add it last, right before serving, keeping the pitcher chilled until then. The citrus intensity intensifies if lime juice is made too far in advance. Slicing and storing the lime rounds in the fridge maintains freshness for days.

- 24 oz. ginger beer 2-12 oz. bottles
