													This easy nam jim jaew recipe makes a delicious Thai chili sauce with only 5 ingredients, ready in 5 minutes and perfect to pair with just about anything!

                                Ingredients
- 1/2 lime
 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
 - 1 tbsp white sugar
 - 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
 - 1/2 tbsp toasted rice powder
 
Instructions
- Add fish sauce, fresh lime juice, white sugar, dried chili flakes, and toasted rice powder into a mixing bowl.
 - Gently stir all ingredients with a spoon until everything is well mixed. Garnish with coriander or freshly chopped green onions. After mixing, let the flavors meld together for 5 minutes.
