Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 400 g tinned tomatoes can
  • 1 sweet potato medium
  • 4 carrot large
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 240 ml vegetable stock Instant Pot
  • 4 Tbsp mashed potatoes leftover
  • 1 Tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
  • salt
  • black pepper

Kitchen Gadgets:

  • Ninja Soup Maker

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the sweet potato, red onion, and the carrots. Then slice the red pepper into chunks.
  2. Load everything into the soup maker, in any order.
  3. Then cook your nanas magic soup for 25 minutes on the smooth soup setting.
  4. When the soup has about 5 minutes left, make your air fryer grilled cheese.
  5. Once the grilled cheese is made, use a heart cutter to make heart shaped toasties.
  6. Then pour the magic soup into bowls and add the heart shaped toasties on top before serving.

Notes

  • Leftovers. We love to make our own mashed potato cubes. What we do is freeze leftover mash in ice cube trays and then use it in the soup maker to thicken soups. It’s the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of mash. Or if making soup you can add 1 medium potato.
  • Stock. We also freeze our stock. You can do the same or you can mix an OXO cube with some water.
  • Thanks for reading our soup maker magic soup recipe on Recipe This. We have many more soup maker recipes for you to check out next. Though if you would like more comfort soup recipes, I recommend you try our soup maker leek and potato soup next.
