Ninja Foodi Chili
Description
Get the Recipe: Ninja Foodi Chili features ground beef sautéed with chopped bacon and onion to build a savory base. Fire-roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce contribute a robust and slightly smoky flavor, while cumin, paprika, basil, and optional cayenne pepper provide the spice profile. Cooking under pressure in the Ninja Foodi ensures the ingredients meld thoroughly and the meat becomes tender. The chili ends up thick with bits of meat and bacon dispersed throughout, delivering a smoky and mildly spicy dish suitable as a main course on chilly days.
After cooking, the chili can be served with toppings of choice, such as cheese or sour cream, enhancing its richness. It pairs well with cornbread or over rice for a filling meal.
Adjust the spice levels by modifying the cayenne or other seasonings. The recipe notes suggest different ground meat options like chicken, pork, or turkey if desired. Leftovers keep well refrigerated for up to 4 days and freeze for up to 1 month, making it a practical recipe for batch cooking and meal prep.

Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with ground chicken, pork, or turkey for variation.
- Adjust cayenne pepper quantity to control chili heat level according to your preference.
- Be cautious when releasing pressure manually; use an oven mitt as steam is very hot.
- Store leftover chili in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 1 month for longer storage.
