Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8x8-inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place white bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring often, until bark is completely melted.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until uniform.
  4. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir again until the fudge is uniform.
  5. Pour mixture into your prepared pan.
  6. Add shaved chocolate on top.
  7. Refrigerate fudge for 2 hours or until it is hardened.
  8. Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • If your fudge is too firm, add a splash of milk before refrigerating.
  • Let fudge come to room temperature before serving.
  • Serve cool or at room temperature.
  • Use high-quality chocolate for melting; this will help to achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Refrigerating the mixture overnight can give you better results compared to two hours of refrigeration time.
  • To ensure that your fudge is evenly mixed, try stirring by hand rather than with a mixer as it can create too many air bubbles in the mixture which may affect consistency later down the line when cutting into pieces after chilling in refrigerator.
  • Before cutting your No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge into pieces, rub some butter onto knife blade – this makes slicing much easier!
  • Let your No Bake Peanut Butter Fudge cool completely before serving for best results.
  • If using unsalted peanut butter, add ¼ teaspoon of salt to enhance flavor and balance the sweetness from condensed milk.
