No-Cook Sprinkles Cake Batter Ice Cream

This no-cook ice cream blends heavy cream, milk, white cake mix, and vanilla to create a creamy, subtly sweet base that's churned in an ice cream maker. Rainbow sprinkles added at the end give bursts of color and a light crunch throughout the ice cream. The cake mix imparts a cake batter flavor without baking, making it a playful and nostalgic frozen treat to enjoy after chilling overnight.

Description

No-Cook Sprinkles Cake Batter Ice Cream combines heavy cream, milk, white cake mix, and vanilla extract, churned together in an ice cream maker. The cake mix blends smoothly into the creamy dairy base, creating a gentle cake batter flavor without cooking. Rainbow sprinkles folded in at the end provide colorful, sweet bursts that contrast with the smooth ice cream. After churning, the ice cream is frozen for several hours to reach firm consistency.

The final ice cream is rich and creamy with a mild sweetness and textural interest from the sprinkles. It's ready to serve after freezing, making it a fun dessert that doesn't require baking a cake first.

For best texture, the ice cream should be frozen for at least four hours or overnight. Using any type of milk is possible, adjusting creaminess slightly. The sprinkles are stirred in right before finishing churning to avoid disruption of the freezing process.
