This creamy nutritional yeast dressing comes together in seconds in a blender. Nutty, tangy, and full of rich umami flavors, you will want to drizzle this homemade nutritional yeast dressing on everything!

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add the nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, garlic clove, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slowly add olive oil to the running blend (on a low setting).
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper as desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more olive oil to make the dressing thinner. 
  • This recipe makes around ⅔ cups of dressing, depending on how much olive oil you add.
