Ingredients

  • 1 14- ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream

cookie dough

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another bowl cream together butter and sugars. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Mix together condensed milk and vanilla. In a large bowl whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently and gradually fold condensed milk into whipped cream. Once combined, stir in tablespoons of cookie dough.
  3. Transfer mixture into 2 shallow containers. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
