Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons water warm
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
Instructions
- Bloom the yeast with 2 tablespoons of warm water and all it to stand for 5 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in the bread machine pan.
- Set the program setting to white bread. I used the 2-hour bake setting.
- Once the bread is baked, remove it from the bread machine and allow it to cool on a cooling rack.
