El oi muchim es una deliciosa ensalada tradicional de Corea que se prepara con pepino y hojuelas de pimiento rojo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber large
  • 1 cucharadita salt
  • 1 cucharada gochugaru copos de pimiento rojo coreano
  • 1 cucharada shallot minced (picada
  • ½ cucharadita garlic minced
  • 1 cucharadita white vinegar
  • ½ cucharadita sugar caster, extrafine
  • 1 cucharadita sesame seeds
  • 1 cucharadita sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Corte finamente el pepino (6 mm de grosor).
  2. Mézclelo con cuidad con la sal y reserve durante unos 15 minutos.
  3. Escurra el exceso de líquido y mézclelo bien con todos los demás ingredientes.
